- Food will be served based on guest quantity (1pc/type/guest).
- All our rates are excluding VAT (10%).
GUARANTEED NUMBER
Please inform PJ’s of any changes in the expected attendace at least two (2) days in advance. Should the actual number of guests exceed your expectation, additional charges will be applied. Alternatively, should the numbers be lower than your expectation, the original price qouted for the expected attendance will be applied.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required three (3) days prior to the event. Balance of the payment is to be settled by cash or card on the day of the event, or bank transfer seven (7) working days after the event.
