Policy
Customers can register to become a member via Zalo account/ QR Code. This account can accumulate BEAN for every transaction.
Customers can only earn BEAN if they present their phone number to the store staff at checkout. BEAN and profile information will be updated within 24 hours after the transaction is completed.
Customers will earn BEAN based on their purchase value at the rate of one BEAN for every 10,000 VND.
BEAN is accumulated according to the customer’s membership tier, which serves as a means of reviewing membership tiers and benefits/ rewards every year.
PJ’s Coffee has the right to terminate the customer’s registered account if PJ’s Coffee has settled all the benefits related to the customer’s accumulation.
Account can’t be converted, shared and transferred.
Free drink: only applicable for one drink in the menu.
PJ’s Coffee reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time without prior notice to customers.
Diamond account is only available to residents in Vietnam. Diamond Accountis an asset granted to customers by PJ’s Coffee.
PJ’s Coffee only grants accounts to customers once and refuses to re-issue them.
If the account is lost, stolen or destroyed, customers may lose their account. However, customers can notify PJ’s Coffee staff to resolve the situation.
