Ho Chi Minh City, March 14, 2017 – We would like to congratulate the top seven contestants who have qualified to the second round of PJ’s Coffee Barista Competition.
During the preliminary round which was held this past Sunday at PJ’s Coffee Sala, the competitors had the chance to show off their latte art skills after practicing with the PJ’s Coffee baristas for several weeks. Some of the contestants surprised their fellows by proving their ability to present a perfect Latte art as a real barista while other contestants had a lot of fun with their free-style Latte drinks. The panel of judges included professional baristas and experts from PJ’s Coffee.

“I’m a coffee lover and usually spend a morning-hour every day for breakfast and coffee. The PJ’s Coffee Barista Competition is a great chance for me to learn more about coffee, make friends with other contestants & share lots of laughs. The second round of the Barista competition will focus on how to take an espresso shot. Prior to the second round, we will arrange a learning session for each contestant to meet with our PJ’s Coffee baristas.
