PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans was founded in 1978 by Phyllis Jordan, a pioneer in the coffee industry. She championed for better coffee beans, superior roasting techniques, and a pure passion for the art of coffee. PJ’s Coffee serves a variety of hot, iced, and frozen coffee drinks, as well as organic teas and fresh breakfast pastries.
PJ’s famous iced coffee is brewed daily using a special cold drip process that preserves the flavor and body of the bean, while producing a coffee that is 2/3 less acidic – a process pioneered by our founder. PJ’s Coffee whole bean bags and single serve cups are available for purchase in-store.

PJ’s Coffee uses only the top 1% Arabica beans, offering 14 coffee origins from Sumatra to Ethiopia, Colombia to Papua New Guinea. This gourmet coffee is roasted in small batches of 300lbs or less by Roastmaster Felton Jones, who has over 22 years of experience with PJ’s Coffee.

Just walk in the door and you’ll be greeted by the aroma of our 100% Arabica coffee beans, evoking the soul and unique experience of our original location on Maple Street.
PJ’s Coffee offers a full line of espresso drinks, flavored coffees, and award-winning Original Cold Brew™ coffees, as well as a variety of food options. Freshly baked pastries and desserts are available throughout the day with a focus on supporting sustainability, placing us as an industry leader in sourcing methods; from farm to cup.

PJ’s Coffee has a long history of involvement in the communities we serve. From our humble beginnings on Maple Street in Uptown New Orleans to Vietnam, our baristas, managers, corporate employees and their families unite throughout the year and in their communities to support the causes closest to their hearts, providing event sponsorships and support with some of the world’s best coffee, tea, pastries and more to hundreds of events each year.
Since 2000, BBGV has organized an annual charity run to get people out in the fresh air to have fun, exercise, and raise funds for charity. Every year, PJ’s Coffee participates in the fun run to give back to the community and give employees the opportunity to relax, have fun with colleagues and family, and help a good cause.

TRG International was founded in 1994 and has grown into a global professional services company specializing in providing IT solutions.
In addition to IT solutions, TRG also has a Food and Beverage division, which operates PJ’s and other brands.

Founded in 2012 by Paul, Scott and Steve Ballard, Ballard Brands is a multi-brand restaurant and coffee company headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. The company’s restaurant portfolio includes retail brands PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, WOW Café: American Grill & Wingery, The Original City Diner and Boardhouse Serious Sandwiches.
