Our process for creating this coffee is as specific as your personal baking receive. We select the top 1% of arabica beans, picked right at the point of freshness, and roast everything in small batches.

We’re from the city, have set up shop in the neighborhoods since 1978, and offer an assortment of New Orleans-specific flavors, like our Decaf Southern Pecan. This medium-bodied coffee is our best-selling flavored variety, capturing the year-round essence of the city with a smooth and sweet nutty flavor and offering 99.5% less caffeine.

For varieties like our Southern Pecan, we use a medium roast that we then coat with aromatic and unique flavors during the roasting process. You’ll taste the history and tradition in every cup.
