- COMPETITION DESCRIPTION:
- Each participant will be trained by a PJ’s Coffee Barista as a partner
- Participants will enhance their barista skills and coffee knowledge with the support from a partner. One Barista partner with two participants maximum.
- Participants will practice and compete at PJ’s Coffee Sala – 145-147 Nguyen Co Thach District 2, HCMC
- Competition topic: Latte art
- On 1st round & 2nd round, training sessions for each participant: 2 times per week. On 3rd round, training session for each participant: 1 time per week.
- Random pairs for each round:
- 1st round: 16 participants
- 2ndround: 8 participants
- 3rdround: 4 participants
