A southern wedding cake is made from fluffy and light almond flavoured cake sponge, vanilla buttercream in between the layers and a beautiful white icing on top. We know almond isn’t a well-known flavour in Vietnam, compared to New Orleans, and this is where it becomes interesting, as we have captured these emotive flavours into a cup of PJ’s Coffee to give you a new and exciting flavour experience that you can share with friends and family.
